Terms and conditions 2023 Manifestation Global LTD

1. There are no refunds. Bookings are final. Buy a ticket because you’re going to attend, as if to a theatrical or sporting event. If you know you cannot come, you may sell the ticket to somebody else. If your ticket is for sale, and the conference is sold out, we might be willing to assist by forwarding purchase enquiries.

2. These terms apply to all purchasers and attendees, whether the seminar place was purchased directly from Manifestation Global, or from somebody else. If you are selling your ticket, you must point potential purchasers to these terms, and provide new details to Manifestation Global.

3. Times of sessions are subject to change, at the discretion of Manifestation Global.

4. Our maximum liability to you is the price paid to us for the ticket to the conference. Manifestation Global is not liable for any ticket costs related to the course being canceled. Manifestation Global is not liable for any costs related to transportation (airline tickets, train, taxi, etc) due to the cancellation of an event.

5. GDPR: You grant us permission to record your name, contact details, and other relevant fields. We are not in the data business, so are not keeping more than what we strictly need. We will make endeavours to keep data safe.

6. This agreement is governed by English law. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
